1. Why do I need a support plan?
Ace IT take away the worry, stress and inconvenience of running your business IT. A support plan is a great way to get the assistance of a team of Tech Experts without having to employ one yourself.

2. How easy is it to get started?
Ace IT have developed a unique 30 day onboarding checklist so that we can start helping you as soon as possible. Our Account Managers will guide you through the transparent and jargon-free process.

3. How do I choose a plan?
Ace IT recognise that not all businesses have the budget for the latest security tools. With that in mind we have developed our plans accordingly. Our preferred plan is Secure, it's what we use to protect our business.

4. It all sounds complicated!
Ace IT will take care of setting up all the services, we work in the background keeping eveything running, responding to the alerts and updates and the day to day niggles. We look after the IT, you can run your business.

5. How do I pay for my support package?
Our support packages are billed monthly with payment made via direct debit.

6. Am I tied into a long-term contract?
You can chose a monthly or yearly contract term. Our monthly commit plans are priced approximately 20% more than a yearly commit. What's more, we include the option to cancel a yearly contract in the first 90 days.
